Terms of use

Last updated 27 September 2026

These terms cover your use of the TrackStream service — the dashboard, the companion app, and the cloud service your TrackStream Bridge connects to. By signing in you accept them. They are short on purpose.

Early access

The service is under active development. Features will change, break, and occasionally disappear. We may change or withdraw any part of it, and we do not promise it will be available when you need it — including during a race. Streaming depends on mobile and WiFi networks we do not control, and the picture may degrade or drop.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your sign-in details safe, and for who you give access to your Bridges.

Your content and your right to stream it

Video you stream, overlays you upload, and configuration you create remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to carry, process, and display that content in order to run the service for you.

You are responsible for having the right to stream what you stream. Many circuits, series, and events restrict filming and broadcasting, and some sell those rights exclusively. Check the rules of your event before going live.

YouTube and other destinations

If you connect a YouTube channel, your use of YouTube through TrackStream is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. The same goes for any other platform you stream to: its own terms apply, and it — not us — decides what happens to your content once it arrives there. See the privacy page for exactly what we do with access to your YouTube account.

Watch links

Watch links make a stream viewable by anyone holding the link. That is what they are for. You are responsible for who you send them to. See the privacy page for how this works in practice.

In the car

Install the Bridge so that it cannot interfere with the driver, the controls, or any safety equipment, and in line with the technical regulations of your series. Never interact with the dashboard or app while driving. Mobile data used by a SIM in your Bridge is charged by your network operator, not by us.

Timing data

Timing information originates from third-party timing providers and race organisers. We do not control it, we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, or timely, and it may be delayed, wrong, or missing. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a competitive or safety decision. The official timing published by the organiser is always authoritative.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where doing so is necessary to protect the service. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, lost data, lost footage, or lost opportunity arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are using the service as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and tell account holders.
